2025 Monday Motivation Programming Note

Hello Reader!

When we allow ourselves to slow down, we create breathing room, time, and space to evaluate our lives and work.

Along those lines, I've been thinking a lot about how I want my business to look in 2025. I'm considering a pivot in my services & offerings, and I've decided to change things up here as well!

I'll still be in your inbox every Monday morning with a positive message to empower your week.

But there will be new surprises and treats too!

It's increasingly important to me to find ways to accommodate all learning styles and preferences. Just because I love to read a long, wordy email doesn't mean you do.

So I have some exciting ideas on how to change up our affirmations!

Next year you'll see different formats, but fewer different affirmations. Getting a new one every week is often too fast to allow the affirmation to do its work. We're gonna slow down the pace a bit, so that you really have time to reap the benefit of any affirmation that works for you.

Because affirmations work best when you truly believe them. And building that belief takes time--definitely longer than 7 days!

Affirmations need to resonate with you and feel achievable. As always, feel free to modify any I suggest, or develop entirely new ones!

Add new ones as often as you want and have as many as you want. You can say a different affirmation every day, or at different times of the day. You choose!

The changes I'm planning for next year will help you fit affirmations into your life, in whatever format works, with additional guidance and tools.

I'm excited to hear about which of the new tools you like best next year! But if you decide affirmations are not for you, click here to be removed from this weekly email.

Best wishes to you for a happy and healthy rest of the year! See you in 2025!

Hello Reader, Our affirmation stays the same again this week: I have all the time I need. It's Memorial Day, so I hope you get to truly embody this affirmation today, or that you did over the weekend. I have all the time I need for rest. I have all the time I need for family. I have all the time I need for fun. I have all the time I need for pleasure. To keep our affirmation top of mind this week, today you can download digital backgrounds with our affirmation on them for your phone and/or...

Hello Reader, Our affirmation stays the same this week: I have all the time I need. Remember: If you don't have all the time you need, there are only 2 ways to create it: Delete items from your to-do list or Delegate items from your to-do list I've been thinking a lot over the past week about having all the time I need for my hobbies. As a working adult, I don't always have time for my hobbies! And my hobbies are seasonal to an extent too. I don't need nearly as much time for gardening in the...

Hey Reader, This affirmation is one I come back to again and again. I have all the time I need. It's an oldie but a goodie. Like a timeless LBD, it never goes out of style or use. When we strip everything else away, we have enough time for what we need. Enough time to sleep, to nourish our bodies/minds/souls, to care for others, to do meaningful work. It's all that other shit that gets in the way! Things like: Calls and texts at all hours.App notifications that pop up on their time line, not...
