Happy Monday Reader!
Welcome to a brand new year, my friend!
How are you approaching 2024 today? Are you ready to hit the ground running, with big goals & big plans for the year? Or maybe you still have a bit of holiday hangover?
I was sick over Christmas and still recovering all last week, so I'm definitely more in that 2nd camp. As I write this I finally feel like I'm on the upswing, so I am hopeful my drive & energy comes back soon.
But however you feel, today's affirmation brings us hope and optimism for the upcoming year. Remind yourself every day this week:
"I am stepping into the most successful and abundant year of my life."
We are looking at a full 12 new months to make this affirmation come true!
Even if 2023 wasn't all you hoped it would be (I'm with you there, btw), we can use this new year to try again. Hell, we can (and should) use every day to try again. We don't know know how many more we get!
Let's keep our eyes on the prize this year by starting strong with this combo affirmation / manifestation, and repeat to ourselves 21x every day this week:
"I am stepping into the most successful and abundant year of my life."
Sending best wishes to you for a successful & abundant 2024!
(P.S. Manifestation is another thought activity like affirmations that works by focusing our energy and attention. In a way, it's like believing something into being, and you can be surprised by how it shows up in your life! Should we dive deeper in to manifesting this year too? Hit reply & let me know!)
Ready to make time for great things in 2024? I have 1-1 coaching spots available to teach you how to put your limited time, energy, & attention to the work that moves the needle in just 1 hour a week. Hit reply or pick a time on my calendar here to learn more.
I always have time for you. ❤️

As always, affirmations work best when you truly believe them. They need to resonate with you and feel achievable. So feel free to modify any I suggest, or develop entirely new ones!
Say them as long as you want. I'm sharing a new affirmation each week, but that doesn't mean you have to switch it up each week unless it feels right. You can add new ones as often as you want and have as many as you want. You can say a different affirmation every day, or at different times of the day. You choose!
I'd love to hear the impact it has! (But if you decide affirmations are not for you, click here to be removed from this weekly email.)
I hope this affirmation sets you up for a kick ass week and I'll see you next Monday for a new one to try!
Time is the single most valuable thing we have. I help busy business owners get out of overwhelm to work fewer hours in their business (without sacrificing income!) so they can get back to enjoying their business and their life again.
Hey Reader, It's summer break! My husband is done teaching for the summer--he never teaches summer school because we need the break wayyyyyy more than we need that wee bit of extra money. If you have kids, they're probably out now too, or very close! Don't forget I have a short course to help you plan your very best summer: Super Successful Summer I know we have a lot planned already, and still more we're hoping to fit in. It's always a challenge to balance the fun stuff with getting extra...
Hello Reader, Our affirmation stays the same again this week: I have all the time I need. It's Memorial Day, so I hope you get to truly embody this affirmation today, or that you did over the weekend. I have all the time I need for rest. I have all the time I need for family. I have all the time I need for fun. I have all the time I need for pleasure. To keep our affirmation top of mind this week, today you can download digital backgrounds with our affirmation on them for your phone and/or...
Hello Reader, Our affirmation stays the same this week: I have all the time I need. Remember: If you don't have all the time you need, there are only 2 ways to create it: Delete items from your to-do list or Delegate items from your to-do list I've been thinking a lot over the past week about having all the time I need for my hobbies. As a working adult, I don't always have time for my hobbies! And my hobbies are seasonal to an extent too. I don't need nearly as much time for gardening in the...
