Happy Monday Reader! If you're also a little overwhelmed that it's already March, today's affirmation will help us chill out! "I embrace a mindset of abundance, knowing that there is always enough time to achieve my goals." Last Monday I was sucked into a social media doom scroll spiral. I fell into the "compare & despair" trap and started believing my business is behind. That nothing's working for me & I am a failure compared to those shiny, successful people on Instagram. So this affirmation is one I really need right now! I also installed a website blocker on my computer browser that blocks social media sites in the mornings so I can't fall into that same trap this week. Because working on our mindset is step 0...but putting safe guards in place to help us achieve the habits & outcomes we want is a great step to take after that! There's no shame in setting ourselves up for success with systems & processes that play to our strengths & limit our weaknesses. I put the blocker in place last week, but this week I'll be focusing on my mindset with our latest affirmation: "I embrace a mindset of abundance, knowing that there is always enough time to achieve my goals." I'd love to hear what systems you put in place to help you be successful with your time! Schedule a 30 min virtual coffee to share your success with me.
Bonus: Free Weekly Training VideoThis week's Live video is part 2 of Practical Strategies to Reclaim Time from Your Phone! These techniques are a bit harder to do, but are very worth it. As always, affirmations work best when you truly believe them. They need to resonate with you and feel achievable. So feel free to modify any I suggest, or develop entirely new ones! Say them as long as you want. I'm sharing a new affirmation each week, but that doesn't mean you have to switch it up each week unless it feels right. You can add new ones as often as you want and have as many as you want. You can say a different affirmation every day, or at different times of the day. You choose! I'd love to hear the impact it has! (But if you decide affirmations are not for you, click here to be removed from this weekly email.) I hope this affirmation sets you up for a kick ass week and I'll see you next Monday for a new one to try! Ready to make time for great things in 2024? I have 1-1 coaching spots available to teach you how to put your limited time, energy, & attention to the work that moves the needle in just 1 hour a week. Hello Reader, Our affirmation stays the same this week: I have all the time I need. Remember: If you don't have all the time you need, there are only 2 ways to create it: Delete items from your to-do list or Delegate items from your to-do list I've been thinking a lot over the past week about having all the time I need for my hobbies. As a working adult, I don't always have time for my hobbies! And my hobbies are seasonal to an extent too. I don't need nearly as much time for gardening in the...
