Happy Monday Reader! If you're also a little overwhelmed that it's already March, today's affirmation will help us chill out! "I embrace a mindset of abundance, knowing that there is always enough time to achieve my goals." Last Monday I was sucked into a social media doom scroll spiral. I fell into the "compare & despair" trap and started believing my business is behind. That nothing's working for me & I am a failure compared to those shiny, successful people on Instagram. So this affirmation is one I really need right now! I also installed a website blocker on my computer browser that blocks social media sites in the mornings so I can't fall into that same trap this week. Because working on our mindset is step 0...but putting safe guards in place to help us achieve the habits & outcomes we want is a great step to take after that! There's no shame in setting ourselves up for success with systems & processes that play to our strengths & limit our weaknesses. I put the blocker in place last week, but this week I'll be focusing on my mindset with our latest affirmation: "I embrace a mindset of abundance, knowing that there is always enough time to achieve my goals." I'd love to hear what systems you put in place to help you be successful with your time! Schedule a 30 min virtual coffee to share your success with me.
Bonus: Free Weekly Training VideoThis week's Live video is part 2 of Practical Strategies to Reclaim Time from Your Phone! These techniques are a bit harder to do, but are very worth it. As always, affirmations work best when you truly believe them. They need to resonate with you and feel achievable. So feel free to modify any I suggest, or develop entirely new ones! Say them as long as you want. I'm sharing a new affirmation each week, but that doesn't mean you have to switch it up each week unless it feels right. You can add new ones as often as you want and have as many as you want. You can say a different affirmation every day, or at different times of the day. You choose! I'd love to hear the impact it has! (But if you decide affirmations are not for you, click here to be removed from this weekly email.) I hope this affirmation sets you up for a kick ass week and I'll see you next Monday for a new one to try! Ready to make time for great things in 2024? I have 1-1 coaching spots available to teach you how to put your limited time, energy, & attention to the work that moves the needle in just 1 hour a week. Hello Reader, Our affirmation stays the same this week: I love the person I am and the person I am becoming. The person you are today is very different than who you were a year ago, and you will look different a year from now too! Do you love the person you are becoming?? The good news is: you can always change it! Changing & improving ourselves is simple, but not easy. It's straightforward and simple to know what to do, but the how is not always clear. How do we set ourselves up for success?...
Hello Reader, February is the season of love with Valentine’s Day halfway through the month. So what better time to practice a self love affirmation?? 😉 I love the person I am and the person I am becoming. One of the things I think about a lot is how many of my beliefs about myself—about my limitations in particular—were learned. I wasn’t born hating specific things about my body or my appearance. I wasn’t born thinking I needed to change certain aspects of my personality in order to be loved...
Hello Reader, Our affirmation stays the same again this week: Today I bid farewell to old habits and welcome positive change to my life. And today you can download digital backgrounds with our affirmation on them for your phone and/or desktop computer! Download the backgrounds We're on our phones and computers a lot these days, so one way to keep our affirmation top off mind is to make it the background so you see it every time you're on your device. Set it once, and reap the benefits for...
