Monday Motivation - Mindfulness coloring pages!


Hello Reader,

Our affirmation stays the same again this week:

Today I bid farewell to old habits and welcome positive change to my life.

And today you can download two coloring pages with our affirmation on them!

I prefer simple coloring pages with big sections so I can really let loose with my colored pencils to make big sweeping strokes. But many of my friends enjoy tiny, detailed work, so I accommodate both styles with these coloring pages.

Print one or both out, grab your favorite art supplies, and get to work coloring! Try repeating our affirmation out loud or silently every time you switch colors. Say it before you start, and at the end. (Or any time you remember to!)

You could even listen to the recording from last week as you color to really integrate our affirmation!
