Happy Monday Reader! Ever struggle with a client from hell? Or maybe a partnership you regretted after a few meetings? When we are in a scarcity mindset we are tempted to accept any and all clients or opportunities that come our way. Who cares if they're the right fit as long as we get some money coming in, right? Wrong. We've all heard or personally experienced horror stories of nightmare clients. The ones you dread seeing in your inbox. The ones who need extra accommodations, want you to work off the clock or beyond the scope of work, and then pay every invoice late (if at all). To move into abundance mindset in our business, we have to break free of those nightmare clients, because they're sucking up precious time and energy. This week's affirmation reminds us we provide valuable services to our clients and that we don't need to put up with anyone who treats us like crap: "My business provides immense value and my ideal clients are coming." I also highly recommend picturing an ideal current or past client after saying this affirmation, to really hone in on what you're looking for. If no one comes immediately to mind, ask yourself: Who was fun & easy to work with before? Who paid promptly and thought your prices were a steal for the level of service you provided? Let's invite more of that type of business into our lives! I'm confident you provide amazing value, that you care about your clients, and go above and beyond. Otherwise, you wouldn't be struggling to fit it all in! Phoning it in doesn't take nearly as much time or energy as working hard with care does. So give yourself that reminder this week and join me in repeating 21x every day: "My business provides immense value and my ideal clients are coming." ❤️ P.S. Brain still telling you to put up with whatever you can get? Getting an outside, objective opinion is a great cure! As always, affirmations work best when you truly believe them. They need to resonate with you and feel achievable. So feel free to modify any I suggest, or develop entirely new ones! Say them as long as you want. I'm sharing a new affirmation each week, but that doesn't mean you have to switch it up each week unless it feels right. You can add new ones as often as you want and have as many as you want. You can say a different affirmation every day, or at different times of the day. You choose! I'd love to hear the impact it has! (But if you decide affirmations are not for you, click here to be removed from this weekly email.) I hope this affirmation sets you up for a kick ass week and I'll see you next Monday for a new one to try! Ready to make time for great things in 2024? I have 1-1 coaching spots available to teach you how to put your limited time, energy, & attention to the work that moves the needle in just 1 hour a week. Hit reply or pick a time on my calendar here to learn more. I always have time for you. ❤️ -- Jen |

Hello Reader, Our affirmation stays the same this week: I have all the time I need. Remember: If you don't have all the time you need, there are only 2 ways to create it: Delete items from your to-do list or Delegate items from your to-do list I've been thinking a lot over the past week about having all the time I need for my hobbies. As a working adult, I don't always have time for my hobbies! And my hobbies are seasonal to an extent too. I don't need nearly as much time for gardening in the...
